    on applications,A new product Silicone rubber ,which had heat and weather resistant ,could be apply on electric circles and LEDs used.

    Operation process :

    weight      Take RAY8637- A and RAY8637- B by 10:1

    (weight ratio). Viscosity about 1500 cps after mixed

      Defoaming   place the mixture in vacuum vessel,kept

    vacuum lower than 500 mg Hg.

      Filler        Be careful pouring silicone to the container, avoid

                   occur bubble

      Harden      Preheating(60℃X 15 min then 100℃X 50 min) then Curing 150℃X 150 min. 

    封裝必須讓LED有最佳的散熱性,特別是HB(高亮度)幾乎意味著HP (High Power,高功率、高用電),進出LED的電流值持續在增大,倘若不能良善散熱,則不僅會使LED的亮度減弱,還會縮短LED的使用壽命。過去LED最常用的是環氧樹脂(epoxy),不過環氧樹脂老化後會逐漸變黃(因「苯環」成份),進而影響光亮顏色,尤其波長愈低時老化愈快,特別是部分WLED使用近紫外線(Near ultraviolet)發光,與其他可見光相比其波長又更低,老化更快。矽樹脂(silicone)換替環氧樹脂矽膠除了對低波長有較佳的抗受性、較不易老化外,矽膠阻隔近紫外線使其不外洩也是對人體健康的一種保護,此外矽膠的光透率、折射率、耐熱性都很理想高達1.5∼1.53的折射率,波長範疇在350nm∼800nm間的光透率達95%,且波長低至300nm時仍有75%∼80%的光透,折射率降至1.41,如此即便是 300nm波長也能維持95%的光透性. 由於矽膠之高折射率高穿透率低收縮率及耐高溫, 高導熱之特性 LED封装幾乎已全部開始由環氧樹脂改為矽膠或矽凝膠. 所附LED 燈剝面圖黃色鏡片部份可使用較硬之矽橡膠RAY-8636H ,RAY-8637及RAY-8152 藍色底膠部份可使用較軟之矽凝膠RAY-2ABH ,RAY-2ABS及RAY-ABWS(可加螢光粉). 特別設計鏡片膠與底膠為同一系列可直接使用不必作PRIMER處理 RAY-8637為加成型矽膠,硬化後具有良好的物性,手感及緩衝性,可用於蕊片, 印刷電路板的封裝,絕緣,防潮及緩衝處理,

    操作方法:

    秤重 : 取RAY8637- A與RAY8637- B以10:1(重量比)之比例充份混合 (此混合物粘度約1500 cps)

    去泡 : 將此混合物,置入真空設備中,真空度約在500 mmHg以上 (小心氣泡溢出容器外),直到氣泡被完全抽出

    灌模 :小心地將混合物灌入欲成模之模具中,過程中注意避 免產生氣泡

    硬化 : 已灌入矽膠液的模具,置入100℃烘箱中50分預熱,后150℃經 240分烘烤即可
